COMMISSIONS
Thank you so much for being interested in a commissioned piece! I make a small number of works each year. If you’d like to commission a piece, please read the short guide and complete the request form.
What I do
• Traditional paintings & drawings — oils, acrylic, charcoal, graphite, ink, mixed media on paper or canvas.
Booking & payment
• Booked first-come, first-served. Let me know your deadline in the form.
• 50% deposit to reserve a slot; remaining 50% due before delivery. I’ll email payment details once I confirm availability.
• I reply to new requests within as soon as I can (typically within 5 business days).
Process (three milestones)
Concept — initial sketch/composition for your approval (up to 2 minor revision rounds).
Midway — progress update (block-in / color pass / value study).
Final delivery — photos, framing/shipping arrangements, handover.
Changes after the midway stage may require a scope/price update.
Pricing & timing
• Prices vary by size, medium and complexity. For example: an unframed 9×12" portrait done in charcoal will approximately cost ~ $300. Give your budget in the form and I’ll propose options.
• Turnaround depends on complexity and schedule — expect weeks to months for finished paintings.
Pickup & shipping
• Local pickup (Longmont/Boulder) by appointment. Shipping billed at cost (insured & tracked). Framing available on request (added cost).
To begin, fill out the request form with images, desired size, medium, budget and deadline. I’ll confirm availability and next steps.
